Simple strategies for staying fitter and looking younger!
Every month we have been writing about griffin+row and how easy it is to use and how great the results are - what is so gratifying is having you tell us how much you love the products and how much you are saving by switching to our easy to use, cost effective regime!
I thought this month I would share some of the other things I do to remain as healthy and youthful as I can - noting that I am over 60!
There is no magic in these ideas - they are things we can all do.They work for me and enable me to remain fit, slim and active and save some money!
- Exercise every day - jogging /walking alternately for around half an hour
- Do a quick arm exercise facing away from stairs or similar and lift my body 20 times with my arms - great for tops of arms!
- Never - (rarely) eat dessert
- Have a large proportion of salad and fruit in my diet
- When eating out generally eat only one course
- Walk instead of driving whenever I can
- Do my own housework - you may not like this idea-but there is some great exercise in this!
- Wash my own car
- Do my own garden - I am constantly clipping back the Boston Ivy which I love but which needs to be controlled - great for arms
- Walk instead of taking the elevator wherever possible
No-one has yet found the magic formula for eternal youth - but we can feel young forever and we can look healthier by staying fit and looking after ourselves.
It is said that there can be a ten year age difference in womens appearance by the time they reach 40!
That is worth working for!
