This is a great time of year to enjoy and relax-but please remember it can be a tough time of year for your skin - so please take extra care. I heard once and have never forgotten this expression - A day in the sun is a year on a woman's face!

Please protect your skin from the sun, hats, sunglasses,sunblocks - I am sorry we do not as yet have a natural sunblock for you.

Even though you may be on holidays your skin is not - please do the griffin+row daily regime - Its takes so little time-Cleanse your face in the shower,wipe thoroughly with your Exfoliate cotton cloth and then simply spray with Hydrate and use either Nourish or Enrich to moisturize??face and neck-don't forget your neck!

That should take about one minute-not much for fresher younger looking skin!
Now here are some tips for a Summer Skin Rejuvenation:

'Enrich' can be extremely helpful as a very special repair and rejuvenate cream.
You can apply it to face and neck whenever your skin needs extra help.

• As an eye cream:

At Griffin + Row we believe that the gentle skin around your eyes only needs special treatment now and then. Apply 'Enrich' around eye contours (not too close to eyes) and pat very gently. Don't overload your skin with heavy cream or use too much at one time.

• As a mask:

'Cleanse' and 'Hydrate' your skin first.

Apply a covering amount of 'Enrich' on your face and neck.

Then lie down and place a hot-as-you-can-stand Exfoliate cotton cloth over your face as the cloth is cotton it is easy to breathe through.

Lie peacefully for 10 minutes, thinking blissful thoughts. The heat in the cloth helps your skin absorb the luxurious 'Enrich'.

When you feel relaxed and enriched.... gently wipe off the 'Enrich' that hasn't been absorbed.

Your skin will radiate, and will thank you by looking younger for longer!
