June Jewels for Glowing Skin

As we start tapping into the depths of winter here are a few tips to keep you feeling healthy and skin happy!

I understand how hard it is to get up and exercise on these dark, cold mornings but as a famous Australian athlete once remarked - Have you ever felt BAD after exercising?

There are so many benefits to exercising - fitness and a feeling of fitness, improved blood circulation, weight loss or a least maintenance of weight - PLUS another one - healthier skin!!

How can that be? Well, our skin cells are constantly renewing. In fact we shed many layers of skin over our lifetime, (not all at once fortunately). One of the ways our skin cell renewal is aided is through good blood circulation, so exercise is a great way of assisting skin health.

Do you notice how your skin actually glows after exercising? Yvonne and I are truly committed to feeling as great as we can, so exercise is part of our daily routine. Personally I have developed such a habit around exercise that I now feel bad when I don't. I guess that is one way of doing it - the guilt factor!

Back to skincare - I have had many people email or call to say how much they are enjoying the griffin+row range. This is great news! It is also great news to hear that many men are now using our products - and loving them!

We are really happy to hear that the whole family can benefit from our healthy range and for a very low investment.
